Modus Create is hiring a Partner Program Operations Specialist to support our global Partnerships team in maximizing revenue and driving visibility across our most strategic alliances: Atlassian, GitHub/Microsoft, and AWS.

This role will focus on the accurate registration of license and consulting service opportunities, the end-to-end tracking and claiming of partner incentives, and ensuring Modus remains compliant with partner program requirements. You'll collaborate closely with partner managers, sellers, and delivery leaders to make sure no opportunity, or rebate, falls through the cracks.

**About You**:
This role is foundational to the Modus Partnerships team. By owning deal execution and program compliance, you'll unlock revenue, drive accountability, and increase Modus' visibility with partners and clients. You'll also help build the operational foundation needed to scale the team and support our most important alliances. This is a critical function—and you'll be a core team member from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Experience Level: Junior/Mid Level

**Own Deal Registration and Program Execution**:

- Register license and service deals across partner portals
- Track deal status, partner approvals, and rebate claims from submission through payment
- Maintain data accuracy across internal (HubSpot) and external (partner portal) systems
- Clean up and streamline existing deal registration workflows

**Ensure Partner Program Compliance**
- Monitor compliance with partner requirements such as certifications, accreditations, and service links
Work with delivery leaders to identify gaps and action next steps
- Track renewals and specialization statuses to ensure Modus remains in good standing

**Stay Aligned with Partner Program Updates**
- Stay informed of program and policy changes from partners via newsletters, blogs, and partner portal updates

**Collaborate Across Teams**
- Partner with sellers to identify eligible deals for incentives or rebates
Coordinate with partner managers to ensure opportunity alignment and accurate reporting
- Build and maintain internal documentation to enable scale

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in partner operations, deal desk, or channel program management
- Familiarity with at least one of the following partner ecosystems: Atlassian, GitHub/Microsoft, or AWS is preferred
- Demonstrated success managing deal registration and rebate claim processes
- Hands-on experience using partner portals and internal CRMs like HubSpot
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across time zones
- Proven ability to document processes, streamline workflows, and resolve operational backlogs

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience helping set up or scale partner deal registration processes
- Exposure to compliance tracking or partner specialization programs

**Team Collaboration**:
