Technology Business Operations Specialist Job Summary: In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly/higher/lower- problems and support the provision of regular management information, metrics, and analysis. Coordinate with ecosystem partner POCs and BG Leads team for planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks and activities. Participate in or lead projects and establish efficient communication channels. Work closely with Business Operations Leads to drive continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes. Support stakeholders in managing relationships with other BG Leads and their activities. Monitor ecosystem partner training and certification metrics and facilitate timely interventions. Use and/or create Excel/PPT views and dashboards for data visualization. Responsibilities Analyze and solve problems and support regular management information, metrics, and analysis. Knowledge & Skill Requirements The Technology Business Operations Specialist has a mix of skills: data analysis, strong collaboration skills to achieve the strategy, and the ability to handle dynamic priorities. Educational Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree At least 4+ years of relevant experience Good to Have Business operations management High proficiency in PowerBI Basic technology know‑how for cloud Skills & Work Experience Must Have 4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations roles Ability to establish credibility with business leadership team and other internal stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed team Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Strong organization, communication (written and verbal), and analytic skills Project and organization management skills Strong communication skills Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities Self‑motivated, with a high degree of self‑reliance and responsibility to own issues and actions Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders Ability to prioritize multiple demands Strategic thinking Experience with MMS and pipeline reporting Experience with HR systems Experience with SAP Finance Experience with Excel and PowerPoint Good to Have Understanding of Accenture operation and reporting structure Strong understanding of organizational business processes and policies #J-18808-Ljbffr
