We are looking for an **Operations Assistant **who will be responsible for assisting hardware operational activities in Latam, ensuring the processes accomplishment and the achievement of objectives related to customer deliveries, and product quality. This role requires a highly methodical and organized person.
**Job Description
- Conduct purchases and stock estimates.
- Ensure proper allocation of stock to respective locations.
- Assist the Operations Manager in departmental tasks.
- Manage purchases, goods receipt, and conduct quality control of products according to established standards.
- Maintain contact with the Technical Repair and Assembly department.
- Timely reporting of bottlenecks in daily processes.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in addressing and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Ensure compliance with established and agreed-upon processes.
- Actively participate in the annual stock audit and provide responses to the results obtained.
- Advanced use of Excel/sheets for analysis and report generation.
- Monitor and continuous improvement of processes.
- Collaborate in the design of future procedures.
- Customer contact and attention for delivery coordination.
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines as agreed with the Operations Manager. Ability to design and maintain management dashboards with established indicators for the department, reporting the overall status on a weekly and monthly basis.
**What we are looking for
- Resourceful, with the ability to articulate questions or issues clearly and concisely to the Operations Manager.
- Previous experience in working towards objectives and in projects involving dealings with suppliers, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Desirable (non-blocking): Knowledge of hardware, electronic equipment, and experience in working with technical teams.
- Advanced use of Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Experience in customer contact and attention for delivery coordination.
- Ensuring that delivery deadlines to customers are met as agreed with the Operations Manager. Interaction with the operations team in Brazil.
**Key Qualifications
- You must be highly organized and capable of maintaining a high level of order for hardware control and tracking.
- You will be responsible for on-time delivery of Drixit hardware to customers, the quality of each delivery, and the order of stock to ensure proper annual stock auditing. You should have the ability to find practical solutions to overcome operational challenges.
