IT Business Analyst

As an IT BUSINESS ANALYST, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. In this role, you will provide infrastructure support to end users at PPG locations and work with centralized IT teams to deliver new solutions and support existing standards. Can you provide effective and timely resolution of user issues, inquiries, or complaints? If so, read on
**Key Responsibilities**
- Main achievements
- Respond to and diagnose problems through conversations with users, which includes troubleshooting, fault rectification and problem concerns.
- Participate in IT projects working independently and with internal and external teams.
- Assist in the evaluation of hardware and software and recommend upgrades or improvements to the IT infrastructure.
**Qualifications**
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education with 5+ years of proven experience in a IT Support role.
- Proficient level of English may be able to understand and have a business conversation.
- Strong interaction and interpersonal skills specifically listening, providing mentorship.
- Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems, evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and efficient solutions.
