**We are searching for the best talent for Data Analyst to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.**

**Purpose**:The Data Analyst is part of the Data Office team within JnJ MedTech. You will be responsible for supporting the South Region data processes, analyzing large and complex data sets, being responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, developing statistical models and algorithms to analyze the data, presenting insights and recommendations trough visualizations, turning data into insights that drive business value.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support periodical sales closing process, ensuring opportunity and quality standards.
- Generates ad hoc reports and dashboards to summarize findings and present them to stakeholders at different levels of hierachy.
- Reporting, monitoring, and analyzing performance metrics and sales activities providing insights and recommendations for sales management teams.
- Collect, clean, and organize large and complex data sets from various sources.
- Support the data analytics Journey through data management, databases administration, visualization, and storytelling.
- Active participation in special projects for the Cluster.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and recommend data-driven solutions
- Promote the data governance accountability and continuously monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable analysis.
- Contribute to developing advanced analytics journey in the South Region.
- Provides timely and accurate response to questions from sales management.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial or Informatic Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, sales operations area or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of Access is a plus.
- Familiarity with the KDD process and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sales Force (CRM) is a plus.
- Experience with Machine Learning is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with large and complex data sets, and high learning agility.
- Good skills for planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of data insights and recommendations.
- Advanced English
