Real Estate & Customer Experience, Manager We are looking for a dynamic manager to expand our portfolio and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Adapt to change and embrace new company initiatives with a positive attitude. Identify additional revenue opportunities by leveraging Prologis value‑added products and services and aligning them to customer needs. Own and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive engagement. Use technical tools such as Salesforce to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Conduct lease analysis and lease administration, or develop these skills within six months. Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure properties are safe and well‑maintained. Provide strong financial reporting to ensure budget and financial goals are met. Collaborate with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction, etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team. Support property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers. Manage budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills. Implement new initiatives, campaigns, or system upgrades and drive adoption and navigation. Process data and complete recurring variance reports. Create, compose, and edit written materials. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of industrial or commercial real estate experience. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong customer relationships. Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation. Proficient analytical and mathematical skills. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or mergers. Strong negotiation and management skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple properties. Ability to work extended/flexible hours as business dictates (e.g., nights, weekends, on‑call). Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision. Skilled in the use of the internet, spreadsheets, relational databases, and word processing software.
