Real Estate & Customer Experience, Manager Company: Prologis Location: Monterrey Office Employment Type: Full time Salary: $9,750,000 – $12,500,000 Responsibilities: Adapt to change and take on new company initiatives with a positive attitude. Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.). Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive service. Use technical tools (e.g., SalesForce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills or the ability to develop those skills within 6 months. Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure safe and well-maintained properties. Execute strong financial reporting to meet budget and financial goals for the portfolio. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of industrial/commercial real estate experience. Work well with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction, etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships with customers. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers. Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills. Ability to implement new initiatives, campaigns or system upgrades with proven adoption and navigation skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple properties. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, on-call as business dictates. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision while managing competing deadlines. Skilled in the internet, spreadsheets, relational databases, and word processing software. Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
