Marketing and Growth:

- **Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns**:Craft targeted campaigns tailored to the unique needs and preferences of HNW clients in LatAm.

Client Acquisition and Engagement:
Influencer Marketing and Ecosystem Building
- **Build and manage strategic partnerships**:Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and media outlets in LatAm's fintech and business sectors to amplify brand reach and trust.Develop influencer and affiliate programs: Establish and manage strategic local influencer and affiliate partnerships to expand reach.

Measurement and Optimization:

- **Track and analyze campaign performance**:Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement reporting metrics: Establish robust reporting frameworks and metrics to measure the success of the LatAm marketing strategy and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus in crypto or FinTech
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for high net worth clients
- Experience managing influencers and affiliate campaigns
- Strong understanding of the crypto landscape
- Fluent in English
- Experience in event planning (preferred)
