**Job Position: Marketing Associate**
**Location**: Remote (EST)

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Join our team as a Marketing Associate and play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze data, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Campaign Support**: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- ** Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and effective content distribution on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Navigate and utilize advanced software tools, including Hubspot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Asana, and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- ** Data Analysis**: Support in gathering and analyzing marketing data, providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- ** Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication within the team.
- Experience with marketing software such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace and in ambiguous situations.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
- Project management skills.
- Social platform management experience (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).
- Ability to pull and organize content and metrics reports.
