**Marketing Associate**

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Associate to join the Marketing Team at WeWork, to support the execution of a variety of operational projects, ranging from database management and analytics to brand assets, unique events, attendee experience and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize organizational tools to drive project progress, ensure deadlines and project qualifications are met, and identify and resolve issues and escalate risks
- Undertake project tasks as required
- Execute elements of onsite delivery of events from beginning to end
- Be hands-on operational coordinating with all stakeholders for execution
- Scale your impact across your market by equipping the local Community and Sales teams to activate their buildings and surrounding communities to drive lead generation and retention
- Support frequent stakeholder interactions with local Community teams and Sales teams, as well as a wide range of other functions, including Regional Marketing, Public Affairs, Brand and Social Media
- Assist in content capture of events and experiences for the Social and Brand teams
- Act as a brand ambassador at events and with partners.

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Required language skills: English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of Marketing/Events experience (1+ years of marketing experience in a medium to high growth company is a plus)
- Highly proficient in GSuite (experience managing large data sets and use Vlookups, pivot tables and Salesforce a plus) and Google platforms
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the local market business, media, technology and cultural landscape
- Continuously seeking out opportunities to learn and improve
- Highly creative and able to formulate a unique vision for our communities and members
- Flexible and can adapt accordingly to newly formed organizations
- Keen attention to detail along with strong organizational and project management skills
- Results driven with an ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
