, estamos buscando un
Operations Associate
para sumarse al equipo de operaciones y trabajar con herramientas de primer nivel como Salesforce, Zendesk, ChurnZero, GuideCX y más.

Serás parte clave de la ejecución diaria de procesos, asegurando calidad de datos, cumplimiento de SLAs y soporte operativo de alto impacto para múltiples áreas dentro de la organización.

Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito:

  • +2 años en operaciones, administración de CRM o soporte analítico.
  • Manejo de Salesforce (actualización de registros, validaciones, cargas).
  • Excel / Google Sheets intermedio.
  • Alta atención al detalle y precisión en tareas repetitivas.
  • Comunicación clara y capacidad de seguir SOPs y DOAs.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para esquema híbrido (1 día por semana en oficina).

Es un plus:

  • Conocimientos en análisis de datos o automatización.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Zendesk, Notion, Confluence o Jira.
