About the Team

ScaledOps is an early-stage company building an AI Project Manager Agent that helps startups get tasks done 10x faster by combining AI tools with trusted human experts. We're a small team based in Austin and Buenos Aires, working to make operations faster, smarter, and more efficient through human and AI collaboration.

About the Role

We are looking for a Operations Associate to help define and improve how we work. The role requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and comfortable stepping into areas that are still being defined. The person in this role will work on internal processes as well as support ongoing client projects when needed.

This is a hands-on position
that combines operational structure with adaptability. You'll work in a small team, where responsibilities may shift as the company grows, where your ability to work independently and improve things without being asked will make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • This may include tasks like sourcing external collaborators, running early-stage vetting steps, defining best practices, and supporting quality assurance efforts.
  • Find and test new tools and platforms related to automation or AI.
  • Help build and maintain automation flows using no-code tools.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or process-driven roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and deliver work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats
    , learning new tools independently and figuring out how to apply them.
  • Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance daily work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in startups, fast-paced teams, or tech-enabled services in operations and/or marketing roles.
  • Experience working with APIs, including how to read documentation and use them in no-code or low-code environments.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Airtable.

Work Setup

  • Based in Buenos Aires, with a hybrid work model.
  • Full-time contract position, paid in USD.
  • Small team with close collaboration and space to grow.
