**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The Workforce & Operations Analyst helps with daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting for the Live Services team, tracks staffing changes, creates new reporting methods based on need or request, and does in-depth data analysis to understand trends. They will report to the Lead Workforce & Operations Analyst and partner with other analysts to streamline the workforce management and operational reporting process.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Proficient at utilizing analytical tools to produce and modify reports to provide analytical comparisons of data
- Completes daily, weekly, and end of month reporting on Live Services performance reporting in a detailed, timely, and accurate manner
- Provide ad-hoc reports for Live Services related data and analyze data making recommendations to leadership
- Analyze and provide insights on Live Services metrics, Team Member level metrics and category level metrics, identifying trends and alerting appropriate stakeholders
- Coach caseload tracking and change request management
- Routinely tracking KPIs associated to internal SLAs around Time to Next Appointments
- Supports schedule reminders for team members understanding, articulating, and verifying Live Services scheduling practices
- Maintain data integrity by identifying, researching, and resolving data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting from all data sources

- Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience
- 2 years of experience with and proficient with a variety of analytical processes, tools, and approaches

- Data Insights and Storytelling
- Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting) preferred
- Produce accurate reports in an easy manner for stakeholders
