**About the role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic** Operations Analyst** to join our team in **Buenos Aires (Argentina)**, and bring exceptional creative and analytical skills to drive forward a product with unlimited potential. Beat is a rapidly growing, dynamic organization, where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point. **What you’ll do day in day out**
- **Own**: Be the owner of transversal marketplace projects across cities.
- **Analytics**: Heavy analysis of our ops data and KPIs. Drivers and overall operational waterfall scope to identify areas of improvement and propose actions.
- **Answer**:Deep understanding of the operation and it’s levers. Be able to bring answers and tools to unsolved issues involving different cities.
- **Connect**:Be a strong bridge of collaboration between city operations and it’s partners (BI especifically).
- **Grow**: Propose, execute and administer innovative and scalable ways to grow our operations, especially when it comes to expansion.
- **Support**: Be a trusted business partner for the city operation manager, in whom he can rely.
- **Problem Diagnosis**

**What you need to have**
- Bachelor of one of the following careers: Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- Communications written and verbal English.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
- At least one year experience in highly competitive sectors (Consulting, FMCG, Banking, High-growth start-ups, etc).
- Curiosity, you love to learn and always find the best way to do it.
- Creative problem solving and critical thinking.
