This role is a special opportunity for an experience eCommerce Operations analyst with the goal to create sustainable growth of a new subscription service venture.

We have a culture of collaboration, transparency and customer centricity, ensuring to aim for the right goal & providing value as quickly as possible. You will work closely with logistic providers, CMQ logistic teams and internal teams such as Marketing & Product to deliver the right beverages at the right time and with the best quality possible.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Demand Planning: Replenishment from ABI and 3rd party suppliers to warehouses: execute replenishment (where from, frequency), as well as inventory policy to avoid stock-out. Shelf life control: keep track of FEFO and ensure products with advanced age get turned with the necessary speed.
- Fulfillment: support on 3PL fulfillment, including all costs (Last Mile, picking, warehouse, etc.) and ensuring correct service level is attained. Includes weekly review meetings and visits to the 3PL Warehouse.
- Continuous improvement: Monitor performance and implement improvement initiatives. Assist in building the strategy for a growing operations infrastructure. Increase delivery transparency and improve client experience post-purchase/subscription.
- VIC: Plan & track costs throughout the supply chain. Project costs for a scaled business.
- Ensure operations’ alignment to our union policy.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Microsoft Office - Advanced
- English
- SQL is a plus
