We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst for our growing Buenos Aires, AR office to work with our team in the US.

**About the Role**:
The Operations Analyst role is to perform daily/weekly/monthly production work as it relates to the different services provided by Hansen. This includes processing of reports, controls, and exceptions as related to billing activities.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly processes related to billing activities
- Develop database queries and analysis in support of billing activities
- Communicates with clients as needed for the completion of client requests (Service Desk)
- Performs table maintenance and completion of data repairs as needed
- Monitors controls and cares for any exceptions
- Monitors inbound and outbound EDI control reports
- Identify trends or issues that appear by analyzing the output of reports/controls
- Ensures contractual reports are delivered timely
- Support the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of business problems
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete tasks
- Continuously searches for process improvements and areas for streamlining
- Provides accurate information that is presentable to internal and external contacts
- Assists with Remittance tasks as needed

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products with a focus on Excel and Access
- Knowledge of Jira Service Management helpful
- Advanced English
