Coordinador de Proyectos - Project Management

**Misión del rol**:
Buscamos un Coordinador de Proyectos altamente capacitado y orientado a resultados para el Family Office un importante grupo empresario nacional.
Será responsable de dirigir y supervisar la ejecución efectiva de los proyectos clave de la organización, colaborando estrechamente con los líderes de cada negocio y el directorio de la corporación para garantizar el éxito y cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos.
**Responsabilidades**: Definir la agenda de los boards en colaboración con el CEO, directores y country managers, asegurando el cumplimiento de los temas y tiempos establecidos. Participar activamente en los boards, aportando perspectivas estratégicas y garantizando la eficiencia de las discusiones. Coordinar y definir los puntos de agenda para las reuniones semanales con el Presidente y CEO, asegurando el cumplimiento de los temas y tiempos. Preparar y controlar las presentaciones necesarias para las reuniones de P&T, garantizando una comunicación clara y efectiva. Establecer la metodología de seguimiento y control de las iniciativas estratégicas de la compañía, supervisando su progreso y cumplimiento de objetivos. Realizar el seguimiento de las iniciativas estratégicas, elaborando reportes de estatus en conjunto con los responsables y brindando soporte para el logro de los objetivos. Analizar y preparar información relevante para la toma de decisiones del directorio en relación con iniciativas, proyectos y procesos estratégicos. Brindar soporte a los integrantes del directorio en proyectos y procesos estratégicos específicos.

**Requisitos**:
**Conocimientos y Habilidades Requeridas**:
Experiência en gestión y mejora de procesos, así como en gestión de proyectos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita, con capacidad para interactuar efectivamente con diversas partes interesadas.
Fuerte habilidad para el trabajo en equipo y colaboración en entornos multifuncionales.

**Requisitos**:
Graduado de Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Contador Público o Ingeniería Industrial, y afines con excelente promedio académico.
MBA (deseable)
3/4 años de experiência liderando procesos y proyectos, preferiblemente con experiência previa en reportería consolidada y control de gestión.
Inglés avanzado
