Senior Project Manager Program Manager Expertise Center (PMEC) ZS’s Program Management Expertise Center provides planning, delivery, and governance expertise to a wide range of clients and internal stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Lead end‑to‑end program planning and execution across one or more workstreams for large engagements with multiple projects. Drive program delivery for key workstreams across strategic initiatives, ensuring early traction and sustained momentum. Establish a robust PMO framework for effective delivery and execution. Collaborate with functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project‑management practices and add value to teams, conducting periodic meetings with all PMO and project leads. Partner with senior program leaders and client stakeholders to plan and lead key initiatives. Lead and mentor junior PMO team members engaged in the program and provide guidance to meet project objectives. What You’ll Bring: Graduate or post‑graduate degree in any discipline with 6 to 10 years of Project Management experience. Prior experience with program and PMO activities for large business transformations or Digital strategy implementations. Experience managing large PMO verticals and client accounts. Knowledge of Life Science, Healthcare, Pharma or Consulting environments; Insurance or Finance experience is a plus. Experience in large‑scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, complex data dependencies, intersecting workstreams, and change management. Strong understanding of project‑management phases, techniques, tools, and reporting. Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. PMI and Agile project‑management standards knowledge; PMI/PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desirable. Additional Skills: Understanding of project KPIs and SLAs. Process implementation expertise. Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, and customer‑focus skills. Self‑motivation, polished interpersonal skills. Proactive, opportunity‑seeking, and initiative‑driven attitude.
