What You’ll Do: Lead program planning by managing end‑to‑end planning and execution across one or more workstreams for a large engagement with multiple projects and workstreams. Oversee program execution for key workstreams across strategic initiatives, driving the program activities to ensure early traction and maintain forward momentum. Set up a robust PMO framework for effective delivery and execution. Collaborate with functional leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management practices and add value to teams, conducting periodic meetings with all PMOs and project leads. Partner with senior program leaders and client stakeholders to plan and lead key initiatives. Lead and mentor junior PMO team members, providing direction required to meet project objectives. What You’ll Bring: Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline with 6 to 10 years of Project Management experience. Prior experience with program and PMO activities for large business transformations or Digital strategy implementations. Experience managing large PMO verticals and client accounts. Knowledge of Life Science, Healthcare, Pharma or Consulting is a nice to have; Insurance or Finance industry experience also a plus. Experience with large‑scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, complex data dependencies, intersecting workstreams, and project change management. Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools, and reporting. Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Strong knowledge of PMI and Agile project management standards; PMI/PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desired. Additional Skills: Strong understanding of projects KPIs and SLAs. Ability to implement processes and deliver excellent oral and written communication. Leadership, self‑motivation, polished interpersonal skills, and customer focus. Proactive in identifying opportunities and challenges and taking initiative.
