Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a high level of autonomy and strong problem-solving skills, as the Project Manager will work directly with the SAP Program Manager without peer counterparts.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Monitor and track project progress.
  • Manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Requirements (MUST-HAVE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with proven success managing complex projects.
  • Experience in SAP (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC Enterprise Core Component): highly required, as it would minimize the KT effort at the process level and ensure a fast ramp-up.
  • Fluent English (Advanced level): must be able to lead meetings with Directors, Technical Leads, Functional Leads, and the company's CTO. Beyond pronunciation, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle any type of conversation confidently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy — able to work independently without Agile methodologies in place.
  • Medium-level knowledge of Jira (basic project management usage required; further training can be provided).
  • Availability to start immediately for Knowledge Transfer (KT) and project kickoff in September.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Desirable
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Background in IT or software development.
