**Business Development/ Operations**
- **We are a Group of 16 Health Care Clinics in the United States. (Florida & Texas). **_

**You will work directly with the management team in the direct Business Operations, to ensure everything is working at optimal level within the organization.**

All about the role:

The Business Development is an active team member who contributes to the day to day operations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Identify the most critical aspects client or market are facing to determine new business improvements.
- Leverage deep knowledge of all the aspects of the business capabilities and how they fit together to create customized and relevant solutions for clients solving for their needs
- Write well-structured and persuasive proposals and communicate to executives to pursue
- Develop strong relationships / partnerships with each department of the health care clinics
- Identify and pursue related sales with client senior executives; deliver strong sales pitches
- Align efforts with Billing core team for success, including managing external obstacles and maintaining leadership alignment and support
- Partner with management team to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up opportunities

All About You:
Education Needed:

- MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
- Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm desirable, expertise and experience helping the medical offices; the executive leadership level.
- Business development desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work on a team or independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English required and additional languages skills highly desirable
