¿Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a **_Finance Controller _**to lead the team for an important pharmaceutical manufacturing company

As the **_Finance Controller_**, you will be responsible for developing and motivating a team of professionals and building their capabilities. You will also assess and manage performance, ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed and resourced to deliver the goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate business objectives into Finance's Team and provide finance strategy and business partnering.
- Advise and challenge business with timely and proactive analyses of variances, financial impacts, and risks.
- Provide management information to other departments and inform timely on any unexpected issues potentially impacting financial performance.
- Guide and develop the team.
- Enforce strict implementation of IFRS and Internal Guidelines across the entities.
- Adhere to the local fiscal and Finance-Related Regulations of Argentina and inform timely of potential issues, assessing the risks, and proposing corrective measures.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- 5/7-years' experience in Finance.
- Sound experience in Multinational Environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, logistics or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong solid understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes.
- Solid experience in leading teams, projects and change management skills, with an analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to set long-term financial targets and sponsor performance improvement projects
- Advanced knowledge of English (writing, speaking and reading).
