Globally, the company has introduced changes in the Administration and Finance area, which require the creation of a Financial Controller position independent from Finance.

LOCATION:

The role is 100% on-site and based in Luján, Province of Buenos Aires.

REPORTS TO:

The position will report directly to the Controller abroad, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the CFO in Argentina.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will have a broad, integral role. This is a senior-level position, with a strong focus on Accounting. Responsibilities include:

* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial local system reports.

* Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

* Guarantee appropriate conversion from Local GAAP to USGAAP.

* Monthly control and review of accounting reconciliations.

* Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

* Lead SAP CONCUR local accomplishments and controls.

* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.

* Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

* Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

* Lead Statutory presentations (IGJ and other authorities).

* Develop a strong internal and ethical control organization according to COSO Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission-principles and establish objectives and evaluate annual performance of the direct report team.

Required Profile

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.

* Minimum qualifications: 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Very strong in general accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting; knowledge of local tax and banking systems.

* Experience in end-to-end company controlling and in internal Audit.

* Strong background in US GAAP–based financial reporting.

* Experience with a multi-national company. Ideally have had reporting responsibilities to headquarters abroad.

* Experience in leading teams of at least five people.

* Fluent English (mandatory).
