**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience in a ticketing systeM.
- Unix / windows administration
- Basic security knowledge (active directory admin )
- Database basic administration knowledge (in any brand)
- SQL queries etc
- Scripting (bash / python etc)
- Cloud knowledge (console administration)
- Knowledge of communications, TCP / IP, managing firewalls, VPN, elements of a network.
