We’re looking for a **Legal Manager** to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do This role requires a strong technical understanding of local Argentinian regulations and experience in fast-paced, highly regulated industries such as iGaming or fintech services

**In this role, you´ll**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and contracts
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to our operations in Argentina
- Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property and related assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business goals
- Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions to mitigate them
- Lead contract negotiation with third-party providers, especially tech vendors, game developers, payment processors, affiliates, and consultants
- Support the process of acquiring or renewing iGaming licenses, coordinating with external counsel where necessary

**We’re looking for someone who brings**:

- Vast technical knowledge of Argentine legislation
- Deep understanding of licensing regimes, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to online gambling across different jurisdictions
- Proven experience in solid contract and agreement creation
- Background in fintechs, digital payment providers, or similarly highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of tech contracts, such as software licensing or platform integration agreements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in intellectual property and IP law
- Experience managing legal matters across multiple markets or coordinating with external counsel in different countries
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong team player with a positive and approachable attitude to team management
- Highly proactive, self-managed, and solution-oriented
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond swiftly to unexpected legal challenges
- Capable of translating complex legal language into business-friendly guidance. Works well with marketing, product, finance, and compliance teams
