Reporting directly to the Global Legal Director, the **Global Legal Manager** will provide comprehensive legal support to address the needs of global and regional teams, including corporate development, finance, IT, marketing, and more. This role will also play a key part in the successful execution of global and regional projects, such as M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and other strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Global Legal Director in addressing legal service requirements from various departments across the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of global and regional projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate reorganizations.
- Manage corporate matters of the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and foster relationships with external auditors of the Group.
- Act as a liaison with shareholders and other stakeholders of the Group.
- Oversee the global repository of contracts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Handle KYC and reporting requirements from and to shareholders of the Group.
- Centralize and manage the global legal budget, ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
- Oversee and manage the global insurance policies of the Group.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law. A Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with exposure to corporate law, M&A, and project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in contract management, corporate governance, and compliance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
