**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**
The Technical Operations Coordinator role is responsible for the set up and maintenance of electronic file feeds using EDI tools. This position also provides day to day support for the Application Development team. This includes the research and resolution of all data record errors and establishing contact with data-trading partners to correct any failures. This position must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with internal employees as well as external partners.
**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:
- Translates business requirements into a viable technical solution document that meets the stated objectives requested.
- Analyzes, maps, and implements claim files, accumulator import/export files, and eligibility files.
- Assists with monitoring performance of programs after implementation.
- Coordinates and analyzes all EDI testing, implementations, and upgrades.
- Recommends improvements to processes, and coordinates with data-trading partners to resolve issues timely.
- You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in._
