The leading advisor for identifying and analyzing U.S. businesses for the E2 investor visa is looking for a **Business Performance Associate.**

VISA Franchise is comprised of three companies under one umbrella. Each company shares the vision of fostering the largest community of data-focused entrepreneurs and investors in the world.

As part of the Visa Franchise group, they developed an online platform, Vetted Biz. Vetted Biz converts analytical data and complex business material into clear, easy-to-understand information to power the business buying process for new and experienced entrepreneurs alike.

Jaxis is a platform focused on fundamental analysis of cryptocurrencies. Jaxis converts analytical data and complex material into clear, easy-to-understand information that helps individuals find the best cryptocurrency investments.

All three of their companies are headquartered in Miami, Florida, United States.

**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**

Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement.

Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.

Researching and proposing innovative solutions to issues that their organization encounters or areas where their organization can achieve additional efficiencies.

Calculating and reporting of key company financials and performance metrics, including but not limited to the areas of finance, growth, marketing, sales, customer experience, and employee engagement, on a consistent and recurring basis.

Help manage their financial books (found on QuickBooks Online) by documenting transactions, managing accounts, and recording financial data.

Developing projects and monitoring project performance.

Ensure that company performance metrics are accurately calculated and recorded on a recurring basis.

Ensuring that proper processes are created and followed for everything related to Human Resources and People Operations, including but not limited to: hiring, onboarding, compensation administration, and engagement.

**What are we looking for?**
**Analytical and detail-oriented mindset that is comfortable interacting with numbers. Demonstrated experience with review of financials and analytics. A good part of the role includes basics of business analysis, analyzing data, workflow, user or stakeholder inputs, documents, etc.

Leadership skills - must be comfortable leading team members, assisting team members problem solve, leading projects etc.

Organized individual who can complete projects and tasks on a timely and routine basis. Business process and planning - forecasting budgets, implementing and following standard operating procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment. Self-motivated individual who can work remotely.

Interest in using data to generate insights.

Bachelor’s degree or higher education degree. Background in accounting and/or finance is required.

Proficient in the Office 365 suite of products. Deep familiarity with Excel and ideally with Quick Books Online (QBO).

Language capability: fluent in English and Spanish languages.

**Location**:Remote (work from home). Monday-Friday within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) ~ 9hr-17:30hr.
