**So you're interested in becoming a Junior Financial Analyst? Let's dive into what that means**:
- Prepare financial reports (month end close, forecast, budget)
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation (banks, credit card, loans and interest, fix assets, etc)
- Make weekly vendors payments and staff expenses reimbursement
- Update cashflow movements and estimations
- Files and database maintenance
**We're looking for someone who**:
- Has 2 years of experience in an accounting / financial role.
- Has an analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Is proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and has experience working with financial softwares.
- Has an effective written and spoken communication both in English and Spanish.
