**Job Title: Financial Analyst**
**Position Type: Full-Time, Remote**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Modeling**:Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models in Excel, focusing on real estate investment fund performance, valuations, and forecasted returns.
- **Presentation Development**:Create polished, data-driven presentations for client meetings, investor pitches, and internal decision-making.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, property valuations, and other data relevant to the real estate investment space.
- **Transaction Analysis & Valuation**:Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises.
- **Deal Execution Support**: Assist senior team members in the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and the preparation of key documents.
- **Data Management**: Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client goals.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling.
- **Attention to Detail**:Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy in data management and reporting.
- **Self-Motivated**:Able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to support recruitment and administrative tasks, including managing job postings and screening applicants.
