**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

Virgin Pulse is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Company’s Bosnia Subsidiary and US-based Corporate FP&A team. This is an exciting newly created entry level role reporting into the Company’s US-based Senior Financial Analyst and will support critical monthly reporting and forecasting processes. This role will be primarily focused on improving data quality and analytical insights related to large spend areas of the business including payroll and key G/L accounts with large vendor spend.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Update, validate, and import monthly headcount data from ADP into the Company’s Anaplan instance. Provide monthly reporting, insights, and variance analysis that provide visibility and improved actionable decision making
- Partner with Accounting and HR to reconcile transactions, correct/enhance/validate data were necessary
- Focus on driving long-term process improvement and policy development initiatives that improve and enhance our overall data capabilities especially in our Bosnia Subsidiary
- Help consolidate, report, and analyze financial data were necessary; Partner with Financial Reporting team on month-end reporting
- Prepare / validate key data input files for use in monthly reporting
- Identify trends and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis
- Provide detailed monthly Flux analysis by comparing actual results to Forecasts and Plan
- Adhoc reporting and analysis for the Company’s leadership team

Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, planning, corporate finance, and information analysis
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferable
