Resumen de la Poscion:
El analista de planificación y análisis financiero (FP&A) será una persona importante para el liderazgo de NCR Atleos y ayudará con todas las actividades de apoyo a la toma de decisiones financieras y de FP&A para apoyar a los equipos de ventas y productos en toda la red de NCR Atleos de Estados Unidos y Canadá

Principales Responsabilidades del Área
- Analizar las tendencias actuales y pasadas de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), incluyendo todas las áreas de ingresos, costo de ventas, gastos e inversiones de capital.
- Mejorar el rendimiento mediante la evaluación de procesos para impulsar la eficiencia y comprender el ROI en múltiples iniciativas estratégicas.
- Informar y dar seguimiento a los KPI relacionados con las iniciativas estratégicas clave.
- Se espera que este puesto identifique e impulse la eficiencia financiera y la rentabilidad para las regiones de EE. UU. y Canadá.
- Elaborar análisis e investigaciones financieras y comerciales en áreas como el rendimiento financiero y de gastos, la tasa de rendimiento, la depreciación, el capital circulante y las inversiones.
- Comunicar periódicamente las tendencias históricas y previstas del rendimiento financiero y operativo consolidado de las unidades de negocio y de la empresa, utilizando las métricas adecuadas. Sugerir tendencias, implicaciones resultantes, acciones clave e implicaciones estratégicas.

Requisitos Principales:

- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas contabilidad, o afines
- Habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint
- 2 a 3 años de experiência em finanças, contabilidade geral, análise de dados financeiros ou comerciais
- Conocimiento de la industria: la experiência en la industria de tecnología o servicios es una ventaja
- Idioma: Inglés fluido (mandatorio)
