Job Description Support monthly reporting processes within FP&A Software Business Unit. Provide in‑depth analytical support, including contract review for KPI reporting and forecasting. Partner with Sales, the Billing team and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Identify key revenue drivers and problem areas and provide ad‑hoc support as required. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and ensure timely invoicing, revenue recognition by collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Manage, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing insightful commentary. Perform all month‑end close related responsibilities including journal entry preparation, creation and distribution of Outlook, Actuals and Flash analysis. Prepare complex reports and forecasts, including monthly and quarterly projections and analyze trends (Q/Q and Y/Y) to identify potential gaps and/or opportunities. Work independently on projects within defined criteria, adhering to a strict calendar of deliverables. Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining. Maintain a positive and collaborative approach as a key member of the FP&A team. Qualifications BA in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or related field. Software Revenue recognition knowledge and experience. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations. Advanced Excel skills, including strong proficiency in Power Query. Proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Attributes Chartered Accountant or CPA. Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
