**Who are you?**
**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:
- Act as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Information & Security Officer and his/her leadership team, providing support across initiatives and business reviews.
- Track all key workstreams across IT and Security without directly owning them, ensuring visibility and timely execution.
- Review and analyze spend, vendor usage, and performance metrics to identify savings and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor follow-ups, action items, and deadlines across cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, etc.).
- Support operational cadence through dashboards, metrics tracking, and executive reporting.
- Help prioritize strategic initiatives and align team activities to business goals.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements in execution, tooling, or governance.
- Join or represent the Chief Information & Security Officer in meetings as needed, capturing key insights and driving accountability.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on contracts, budgets, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or cross-functional program management, ideally in an IT or Security setting.
- Strong understanding of organizational operations, planning, and execution processes.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams, including G&A and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
