You'll help us execute smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, optimize our People Management Systems (PMS), and support strategic HR initiatives across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Onboarding & Offboarding**:
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires, coordinating between internal stakeholders and external platforms.
- Manage exit processes, including conducting exit interviews, compiling offboarding documentation, and identifying attrition trends.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS/PMS tools (e.g., Monday, BambooHR, etc.), ensuring up-to-date employee records.
**People Data Analytics**:
- Generate and analyze regular HR reports including headcount, attrition, compensation, and talent movement.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
**Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure HR procedures comply with legal requirements and companypolicies across different LATAM geographies.
- Support audits and documentation processes as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- ** Minimum 1 year** of experience as an HR Analyst or HR Business Partner.
- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Availabilty to work hybrid from Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Spanish** (written and spoken).
- Experience in remote or tech/startup environments is a strong plus.
