HR Operations Analyst at Rebag Role Overview The HR Operations Analyst manages core HR processes, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth onboarding/offboarding for both U.S. and international employees. The analyst supports payroll, maintains HRIS systems, develops global workforce policies, and collaborates with leadership to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Employee Query Escalation System – Develop and maintain a system to manage employee inquiries about Rebag’s people policies, ensuring familiarity with the Employee Handbook; triage and forward queries to appropriate leads, managers, or external vendors. Onboarding and Off‑boarding – Manage end‑to‑end processes for new hires and exits, including offer letters, documentation, and integrations. Employee Documentation and Systems Management – Oversee daily operation of HRIS (Rippling), safeguarding employee records, payroll, and timecards; process U.S. payroll bi‑weekly and validate international compensation via systems such as Tipalti. Policy Development and Compliance – Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies; develop and amend global workforce policies for regions including the US, Latin America, Asia, and Europe; maintain audit‑ready documentation. Training and Performance Management – Review and enhance management processes, support annual performance reviews, and assist in designing training programs for employees and managers. Strategic HR Initiatives and Compliance – Participate in new HR initiatives and collaborate with leadership on projects aligned with company goals; ensure compliance with labor laws across all locations. Collaboration and Accountability – Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to review and update responsibilities within 90 days of employment. Qualifications and Skills Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience – 2–4 years in HR operations, payroll, and policy management. Technical Skills – Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling) and payroll systems; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft Skills – Organizational and problem‑solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication in English; capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
