The Sr. HR Analyst is responsible for carrying out general tasks in the HR Area, focusing on the organization and management of the benefits offered by the Company, internal communication, work climate and internal events.

Responsibilities and Duties

**BENEFITS**:

- To manage the new benefits that will be incorporated into the Company.
- To manage the existing benefits.
- To be in charge of benefit optimization.
- To keep updated on local and regional benefit trends.
- To select new benefit providers and manage the existing ones.
- To manage the budget.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
- To manage internal communications.
- To communicate special dates (birthdays, births and/or Company news).
- To design and maintain content.
- To create a plan and follow up on it.
- To manage the content and frequency of communications (Distribution Lists, Yammer, Billboards, Corporate Blog).
- To collaborate with the design of the institutional image in the offices.

INDUCTION AND EMPLOYER BRANDING
- To coordinate the induction process in the whole LATAM Region.
- To be in charge of HR Mentoring, coordinate meetings, and follow-up with the recruiters.
- To develop the employer branding plan, actions and improvements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- To conduct exit interviews from the Company.
- To develop and manage the Work Climate Surveys; to analyze the information.
- To coordinate Climate Recovery Meetings with the Areas to provide feedback.
- To manage the content and activities of the Feedback Meetings.
- To propose, implement and monitor action plans.

INTERNAL EVENTS
- To organize internal events: ESET Anniversary, New Years’ Eve Party, New Years’ Eve Cocktail, Children's Day, Spring Day and Annual Planning Day.
- To manage the budget and contracting of suppliers.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Full tertiary or university studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration.

Experience
- 3 years working experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge
- Be up to date with the current labor legislation.
- Use of Office Package.

Languages

English:

- Advanced level.

Personal characteristics

Proactive, analytical, methodical person, with a vocation for internal customer service.
