- **Indirect Materials & Services Intern**, reporting to the Team Lead, you will be accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment processing focused on assigned vendors or categories, managing indirect materials and services availability and resolve plant specific issues to ensure security of supply.**Your daily challenges will be**:

- Clarify inquiries with suppliers and follow up on their deliveries.
- Coordinate the resolution of requests from internal users and suppliers, providing them with constant support and updating requests in the support platform;
- Interact with users from different countries in the region to respond in a timely manner and clarify their queries regarding their purchases.
- Resolve issues related to requisitions and purchase orders: providing support to buyers by following up on purchase orders.

- Bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
