Human by nature.**Operational Spot Buyer, your future role?**
- You'll provide daily support to Givaudan's businesses in Argentina and Brazil following-up operational activities related to purchasing channels of indirect materials and services, ensuring smooth procurement processes and supporting continuous improvement projects. You will report into the Indirect Materials & Services Spot Buy Manager.- You will be part of Givaudan's Global Business Services (GBS), which provides support to our businesses in the Americas regions. You will work under a hybrid working model, 4 days from home and 1 day a week at our GBS offices located in Martinez, Buenos Aires Province.- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide operational support to the purchasing process of indirect materials and services of Givaudan's operations in Argentina and Brazil.
- Maintain procurement data for catalogues and MRO (stock tems) in the SAP system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, including item descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with relevant partners to gather and validate data.
- Monitor procurement activities, ensuring order placement and delivery.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the procurement process.
- Coordinate with our teams and external suppliers to resolve operational challenges.
- Develop relationships with important partners, including suppliers and internal departments.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their procurement needs and provide necessary support.
- Ensure smooth coordination and understanding of procurement activities.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement process enhancements.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

- University degree or advanced studies in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in Purchasing areas at international companies.
- Experience in data management, with large amount of data involved.
- Experience in SAP or other procurement systems.
- Intermediate level of English and Portuguese, both oral and written.
