Human by nature.**Operational Buyer - Indirect Materials, your future position?**

In this role, you will be focused on assigned vendors or categories, accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) processing. You will be managing indirect materials and services (IM&S) availability and resolve plant/region specific issues to ensure security of supply.
- Reporting to the Team Lead you will work with different teams to ensure correct daily execution of key responsibilities in Procurement Services Support as outlined under responsibilities.
- **Your main responsibilities will be**:
PO Management:
- Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints
- Provide support to internal stakeholders and vendors in regards to IM&S POs released
- Coordinate delivery and quality non-conformities in relation to respective plant stakeholders
- Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice discrepancies
- Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base
- Supplier Management:
- Resolve vendor disputes and non-conformities
- Analyze queries and aim for end to end query resolution in line with service levels and customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance to internal employees for all systems (SAP; SRM, Service management tool)
- Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Adherence to policies and procedures

- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Employee Development, Compensation, Legal, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, and HR teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure fair and competitive positioning of salaries through internal equity and external market analysis with Compensation COE.
- Lead people development and learning processes to improve organizational competencies.
- Work with leaders to develop the necessary training processes and programs to increase productivity and effectiveness of employees.
- Participate and lead pro-jects as an important member of the extended HR community

- **Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience (preferably HRBP/HR Manager in Shared Service Centers).
- Demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work; create clear linkages between business strategy and people processes; Command respect of the organization - establish relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
- Have consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
- Solid experience with HR data analytics.
- Fluent English.
