MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:
The AMS team is looking for an experienced HCM consultant who will lead especially Core HCM work. Experience in another module is required (e.g. Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits).

You will have demonstrably good understanding of Workday in your functional areas. You will have prior consulting experience, including demonstrating solutions to clients, supporting or leading workshops and supporting customer testing efforts.

You will be responsible for proactively gathering complex requirements that will need to be translated into Workday functionality. You will have an appetite and aptitude for researching and developing solutions to complex Workday related issues. You will have prior experience trouble shooting in Workday and to offer best practice advice to customers.

You will have prior experience in building strong relationships with clients, as well as balancing competing priorities of different urgencies across multiple clients. You will be expected to establish reasonable timelines and estimates with clients and drive work forward to timely completion.

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:

- Workday certification in Core HCM or extensive experience in the configuration and support of Workday Core HCM
- Additional certification/experience; Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits preferred.
- At least 18 months of configuration experience in Core HCM
- Completed at least 2 end-to-end HCM suite implementations delivered via Launch or Your Way; or worked in a post-deployment setting for at least 1 year.
- Beneficial experience (not required):

- Estimating and scoping
- Experience in a client-side Compensation role
- Client-side Workday implementation experience

DESIRABLE:

- Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification
- Professional qualifications in your area of expertise
- Experience in post deployment services
