About the role As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management system. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform supports strategic workforce planning, complies with HR policies, and delivers a seamless user experience across global teams. In this role, you will: Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, and Talent Management. Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable HCM solutions. Implement new Workday features and enhancements across global teams. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure compliance with HR policies and data integrity through audits and reconciliations. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Stay current with Workday releases and industry best practices. Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What you need to have to be considered Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations or AMS support. Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation. Proficiency in EIBs, calculated fields, business process frameworks, and security roles. Experience with AMS support, ticket resolution, and post-Go-Live enhancements. Strong understanding of HR processes and policies. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency. These will help you stand out Workday HCM Core Certification. Experience working with multicultural teams and global clients. Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Proactive mindset and ownership of deliverables. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting best practices.
