Human by nature.- Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Solution Lead, you will ensure and accurate processing of all Global Talent Acquisition support activities following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.-
- You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez. This is a paid internship.-
- **Main responsibilities**- You will:

- Schedule interviews for requisitions
- Participate in the creation and drafting of regional open positions newsletter
- Manage expense reimbursement
- Employee referral program - complete eligibility check and run relevant reporting on global level
- Dispatch incoming tickets following the task allocation matrix
- Cross regional collaboration with peers from other regions to ensure global alignment.-
- **Requirements**- University Student in Human Resources or Related field.
- Fluent in English-
