En **Remote and Talent** estamos en busca de un/a **Customer Support Specialist** para unirse a **FisioReact**. Esta persona será el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes, brindando soporte de alta calidad y gestionando sus consultas para asegurar una experiência excepcional. El puesto es ideal para alguien con habilidades de comunicación sobresalientes y un enfoque centrado en el cliente, capaz de desenvolverse con facilidad en un entorno digital y dinámico.

**Ubicación**:100% remoto, Argentina

**Tipo de Contrato**: Freelance

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinar y organizar citas de manera telefónica y online.
- Elaborar reportes y realizar un seguimiento detallado de cada servicio.
- Resolver incidencias en fases de preventa y postventa, garantizando una experiência de cliente óptima.
- Proponer mejoras para optimizar la experiência del cliente en un entorno B2B.

**Requisitos**:

- Adaptación rápida a herramientas digitales; experiência en CRM y HubSpot es un plus.
- Experiência en el sector sanitario (valorado).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y empatía.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente.
- Perfil responsable, trabajador/a y con actitud positiva.
- Experiência en sectores de atención al cliente o salud (valorado).

**Idioma**: Español (fluido)

- **Horario**: Jornada completa, de lunes a viernes, de 9 a 18 horas (horario español), con 1 hora de almuerzo.
