Channel Account Executive

MISIÓN DEL CARGO
Asegurar la correcta ejecución del Plan de Negocio con el Canal de Distribución y su Fuerza de Ventas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Rotación, Venta y Rentabilidad del negocio, que permita construir relaciones gana-gana con nuestros Socios Comerciales.

RESPONSABILIDADES
- Gerenciar los canales de Distribución asignados.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar el Plan de Negocio cumpliendo los objetivos de venta y rentabilidad.
- Administrar y garantizar los presupuestos de los Distribuidores.
- Asegurar la rotación total y por categoría.
- Asegurar la generación de los NB por parte del Canal.
- Entrenar y hacer coaching a la fuerza de ventas del Canal.
- Administrar la inversión (G2N): dispensadores, rebate, apoyos especiales e incentivos a la FFVV.
- Garantizar al cartera de los Distribuidores a cargo.
- Retroalimentar a KCP sobre todas las estrategias lanzadas.
- Cumplir con las tareas administrativas asociadas al Rol.

EXPECTATIVAS DEL ROL

TIPO DE FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL
- Tradicional: Administrador de Empresas, Ingeniero Industrial y/o carreras afines.
- MS Office a nível Intermedio
- Manejo de Herramienta seguimiento de Ventas: Salesforce.

COMPETENCIAS CRÍTICAS PARA EL ROL
Técnicas: Negociación, Planeación y Organización, Visión Financiera.
Personales: Influencia, análisis de problemas y toma de decisiones.
Específicas del Cargo: Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Equipos.
