We’re looking for talented and driven **Account Executives **Choose your approach to reach your targets and make up to 100% of your base salary in bonuses and commissions without any caps.

We’re operating in a greenfield market with 10x growth potential over the next 3 years. You will nurture long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- ** Drive the whole sales process, from lead generation to close**:
- Identify ideal customers and buying personas in assigned region
- Take the initiative to proactively generate new leads and establish connections with potential clients, with a specific focus on breaking into new logo accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Regularly report on account status to senior management
- Be responsible for meeting the sales goals
- Compose sales offers and solutions in accordance to customer's needs
- Provide answers to the questions concerning the product or service or their
offerings
- ** Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a SaaS Account executive**:
- ** Fluent English (C1)**:
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS products, services, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients
- Highly skilled in multi-channel outreach and creating effective outreach sequences
- Proven track record of growing client accounts
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills, with a propensity for data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with digital sales tools and approaches, as well as Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, project-driven environment, with the ability to pivot tasks and strategies quickly
