Right now, we are looking for a **Market Research Analyst **to join our team at Globant

- Interact with the leading companies from different industries, such as LinkedIn, BBVA, Electronics Arts and Coca Cola, among others.
- Monitor competitive intelligence, present reports to the management and to support strategic markets, industries or accounts.
- Manage the global client insights program.
- Analyze and report intelligence over markets, industries, clients.
- Strengthen relationship with Marketing to perform more efficient marketing campaigns and gather new gaps to add services.
- Coordinate team and help team members achieve their career goals.
- What will help you succeed:_
- Being process & detail oriented.
- Advanced English skills.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in market research companies.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing the entire data management process; including conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing vision how to answer specific research questions, and developing meaningful products or dashboards for key clients Creative problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, including taking directions from others, showing work progress, and contributing ideas to enhance productivity.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
