**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con el equipo en la creación de planes de medios digitales alineados con las estrategias y objetivos de cada campaña.
- Configurar y gestionar campañas publicitarias en Google (búsqueda, display y anuncios responsivos), plataformas de Meta (Facebook e Instagram - publicaciones, reels e historias), YouTube (publicidad paga) y LinkedIn.
- Optimizar campañas para maximizar el rendimiento y el retorno de inversión (ROI), utilizando tácticas como pruebas A/B, segmentación de audiencia y ajustes en estrategias de puja.
- Monitorear el ritmo y desempeño de las campañas, asegurando que se cumplan los KPIs y que los presupuestos se administren correctamente.
- Analizar los datos de campañas activas para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y áreas de mejora.
- Elaborar informes detallados y bien fundamentados con análisis de desempeño y recomendaciones, para ser compartidos con los clientes.
- Evaluar el rendimiento de los distintos materiales creativos y realizar recomendaciones fundamentadas para ajustarlos o reemplazarlos a fin de evitar fatiga publicitaria.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre cambios en las plataformas, tendencias y buenas prácticas en publicidad digital.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo y optimización de sitios web tanto para la agencia como para clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 3 años de experiência gestionando campañas publicitarias digitales en Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook e Instagram), YouTube y LinkedIn.
- Dominio de plataformas publicitarias y herramientas de analítica (ej.: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Inglés Bilingue (oral y escrito).
- Se valorará experiência con los softwares **NinjaCat** y **Shape**.
- Manejo de Excel.
- Sólido conocimiento en segmentación de audiencias, targeting y estrategias de retargeting.
- Experiência analizando datos de campañas y aplicando optimizaciones basadas en resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades para generar reportes claros, con insights accionables para clientes.
- Capacidad para equilibrar la ejecución táctica con el pensamiento estratégico.
- Proactividad, buena organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con clientes y trabajar con equipos internos.
