**Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)**

ONE400, Inc., is an award-winning digital marketing, advertising, and product development agency that works with **law firms and legal tech companies**. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create an efficient marketing strategy for law firm clients and execute it accordingly
- Execute SEO/**Paid Search strategies**, social media plans, and digital display advertising campaigns
- Manage and maintain digital marketing budget for multiple clients
- Measure and monitors reports and metrics
- Report and assess all KPIs and ROI
- Identify new trends in the market and be up to date with new marketing strategies
- Be creative and innovative while growing the client’s awareness and sales
- Optimize the user experience and identify how to optimize user funnels
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience with analytical ability
- Provide great leadership in areas of specialization as part of the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar area of study
- 2+ years of experience in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Certification(s) in digital marketing
- Great understanding of digital production and digital media graphic design
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM software, HTML, WordPress
- Very strong communication skills
- Creative and innovative mind
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines

Starting Salary: $30,000.00 - 40,000.00 MXN Monthly/Mensual (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE )

Pay: $296,725.59 - $395,634.12 per month
