We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our marketing initiatives forward. **Role Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and optimize campaign performance. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on B2B marketing strategies and effective use of digital tools.
- _ A Strategic Thinker:_ You excel at developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals. You understand the importance of targeting key market segments to drive growth and can balance creative vision with business objectives.
- _ Data-Driven & Analytical:_ You have a strong ability to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. You can design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and make continuous improvements based on your findings.
- _ Brand-Centric: _You are passionate about maintaining and enhancing brand consistency across all digital platforms. You understand the unique atmosphere and experience of each property and ensure that all content reflects this in a compelling way.
- _ Innovative & Adaptive_**: You stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and are always looking for new ways to innovate. You're comfortable experimenting with new strategies and tools to keep digital marketing efforts fresh and effective.
- _ Results-Oriented:_ You are motivated by achieving tangible results, such as increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and ROI. You manage budgets efficiently and are skilled at optimizing resources to maximize impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with the sales team to create B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
- Create and design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and other sales enablement tools to support the sales team in their outreach and client engagements.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in gathering customer data and social proof, developing case studies, references, and testimonials for website, digital platforms, and presentations.
- Participate in A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for how they can be used to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with understanding of lead generation, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, project, and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.
